    I started as a software engineer at HSBC, building compliance and bond-issuance systems. Whenever I built a feature, I'd think about how it would land with the customer, and I'd recommend what else needed to change to make the experience better. I wanted to spend my time on those customer problems, so I moved into product management.

    I led the self-serve Investor Portal at BNY and now build AI and platform products at JPMorgan Chase. Having been an engineer, I can go deep on architecture with my teams while keeping the focus on what changes for the customer.

    How I Work

    See the whole system first

    I map the entire ecosystem (users, upstream and downstream systems, compliance and operations) before changing one part, so decisions hold up beyond the feature. At JPMorgan Chase that means a platform connecting 250+ systems across Fraud, Risk, Servicing and ML.

    Measure from day one

    I define success metrics and tracking before launch, not after. At BNY, adoption dashboards showed where users struggled and set backlog priorities. Even this site is instrumented.

    Treat compliance as a design input

    In regulated products, trust is part of the experience. I bring Compliance and Risk in early and design guardrails like rate limiting, audit logging and fail-safes in from the start.
