Projects
Products I've built outside my day job: on my own, for a friend and with a team. I prototype with Lovable and Claude to go from idea to a live site quickly.
Drishti 2026
The website for Drishti 2026, the two-day business and cultural fest of IIM Bangalore's PGPEM programme, themed "India 2047: Decisive Moves for the Next Decades." I led a team of 6 to build it.
One clear goal: Entry is free, so the site is built to drive inter-college registrations, with every section leading to a single call to action on Unstop.
Wayfinding for first-time visitors: Most attendees have never been to the IIMB campus, so we added a map of 8 key locations, each with directions and the sessions held there, plus a Google Maps link to the main gate.
A schedule built to change: A live "what's on now and next" page and a downloadable poster cover 16 sessions across two days, with room assignments added as they're confirmed.
Launch before everything is final: Went live before speakers were confirmed so registrations could start early, with keynote and panel slots ready for names to drop in.
Outcome: The fest now takes merchandise pre-orders through the site and shares event details online instead of on printed paper, alongside driving inter-college registrations.
Dadimaa ke Khazaane
A D2C storefront for natural healing crystals in India, built around a grandmother's storytelling voice. I built it for a friend, taking it from idea to a live site as PM, designer and builder.
Positioning: Set the brand apart in a crowded crystal market with a warm "Dadi" narrative, Hinglish copy, and a story attached to each stone, instead of competing on catalogue size.
Trust & conversion: Targeted the category's biggest objection, authenticity, with "Natural stone · lab-checked" labels, a "Real or fake" guide, 7-day returns, 1–2 day dispatch, and a folklore-not-medical-claims disclaimer.
Merchandising & pricing: Organized the catalogue by stone, intention and occasion. Created themed kits (Protection, Manifestation & Abundance, Love & Self-Care) and "Potli" bundles to raise order value. Price points run from ₹301 to ₹10,001, with flat ₹49 shipping across India.
Content-led growth: Built a Crystal Guide, stories, a full moon calendar and an FAQ in Dadi's voice to attract organic search traffic and answer pre-purchase questions.
Seasonal go-to-market: Launched a Diwali gifting campaign with an order-by deadline, plus a gift option that prints the recipient's name on a handwritten blessing card.
Outcome: Handed over as a live store, which my friend now runs independently.
This Portfolio
The site you're on, treated as a product with one user in mind: a recruiter or hiring manager with a few minutes to spare. I started it in Lovable and now build it with Claude Code.
Designed for a quick skim: Case studies open with the problem and the outcome, so a reader gets the point in the first few lines and can go deeper only if they want to.
Measure what gets read: Mixpanel tracks clicks tagged with page and section names, so I can see which case studies and projects people actually open.
Iterate on feedback: Ran a hiring-manager-style critique of the site and reworked it: tightened the copy, cut weaker content and rebuilt case studies around decisions and results.
Easy to find and share: Added structured data for search engines and Open Graph tags so links show a proper preview on LinkedIn and in chat, plus a dark mode toggle.
